How long will my order take to arrive?
• First come first serve basis.
• It will take 1-2 working days for us to ship out your order once your order and payment is done before 9am of the day.
• Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-3 working days after we ship out your order.
Can I track my order?
• All of our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a message / email with a link to track your order once we shipped out your order.
• When we send out the message / email to you, please allow up to 24 hours for your orders information to be visible on the link, there might be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order.
• You may track your order with DELYVA by entering the tracking number at https://delyva.com/my/tracking/
Can I change my delivery address?
• Yes, you are able to change your delivery address before we ship out.
• Kindly please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) as soon as possible to change the address or details.
• Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change your delivery address.
• We here advise you to ensure all the details are correct before processing your orders.
How much do you charge for the shipping fees?
• Shipping fees vary depending on the product size and also the weight. You are able to view the estimated shipping fees in every product detail page.
• Shipping fees may also be different based on the address you provided. Shipping fees will be charged higher for East Malaysia compared to West Malaysia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
• If you have a change of mind and want to change or cancel your order, please check the order status to ensure the order is yet to dispatch. If you found out the order is yet to dispatch, please call our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) as soon as possible to change or cancel your order.
• If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
Can I pay extra for express delivery?
Unfortunately, we only provide Standard Delivery for all orders which usually takes within 2-3 working days of your order being dispatched.
I have a problem with my delivery?
If you are having issues with your delivery, please check the delivery status of your order by using one of the methods below :
1. Check out the tracking link we have sent to you in the message / email to view the latest tracking information.
2. Log into your SJK Electrical account and check your order status.
3. You may track your order with DELYVA by entering the tracking number at https://delyva.com/my/tracking/

Which courier service are you using to deliver my order?
• For Small Appliances : The primary courier service we are using is DHL, the secondary courier service will be J&T and the tertiary courier service will be Freight Mark. The selection of courier service is based on the address of our customer.
• For Large Appliances : We are using Hatta Impian as our transporter to deliver your order to your doorstep. For those who are staying in high-rise buildings without lift service, we will only deliver the product to the lobby. If you need manpower to deliver to your doorstep, additional charges are to be paid by the buyer, which is RM80 per manpower. The number of manpower is determined by the transporter.
• Please take note that customers are not allowed to choose the courier service yourselves.
Something is missing from my order
• There might be times where we are unable to make all of the items that you have ordered shipped to your doorsteps. If you found out there is some item missing from your order, kindly contact us in order to check the product status.
• If the status shows the product is temporary out-of-stock, we will ask you for your opinion to know if you are willing to wait for restock. If you are not willing to, then we will provide a full refund for the out-of-stock item within 5-7 working days.
• If you have not received your full refund after 5-7 working days, please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305).
Why has my order been cancelled?
There might be various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305), who will be happy to assist you further on this issue.
I've received the wrong item(s)
If you have received the wrong item kindly please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved, and please be informed don't open the item and keep it in the condition while you first received.
The item(s) arrives damaged / faulty
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305), who will be in-charge of your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. Brand manufacturers may decide to offer a refund or replacement depending on the result that is provided by the product’s brand manufacturer.
You will be asked to provide our Customer Service some information as following :
1. Your order number
2. The picture of the item
3. The picture of the box
How will I know if you have successfully received my order?
• Once the order has been processed, a confirmation message / email will be sent to you. It will usually take a few hours.
• You are able to check your order status by logging into your SJK Electrical account.
• If this is your first time purchasing our product, please note that the confirmation email may go into your junk/spam email folder.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation message?
• If you have not received an order confirmation message / email after making payment, please login to your account on SJK Electrical website then go to your order section to check if your order is made.
• Please note that we might have missed out to send a confirmation message / email to you, if you cannot find your order in your account, please contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) who will be happy to help for your order status.
